ECHO Groups

Coming in 2018

Small, student communities

Meeting times - TBD

What are ECHO's?

-Student Small Group communities aligned around a common purpose, vision and commonality.

-a meaningful way for students to get plugged in and discipled via small, student-driven communities.

We’re calling these groups ECHO Communities.

Why ECHO?

An echo is:

1. a repetition of sound, heard again and again;

2. any repetition or close imitation of ideas;

3. a person who reflects of imitates another;

4. a lingering trace or effect.

ECHO communities is where we will see the most potential for growth amongst our teens in a more intimate and organic method.

Each group will have a distinct PURPOSE, PLAN & TARGET. They can be short term or long term.

Echo communities will all point towards what’s happening on Sunday nights in youth group. We’ll teach Echo members how to share their story – of how God is at work, in and around their lives. We’ll give them space to share their stories ‘on the couch’ during CELEBRATION.

This will give the ministry momentum, while giving students real life opportunities to share their faith.
